Dear Parents,
In Reading/ ELA we will start with short vowel Ii sound and will work on the consonant Nn for the week. The sight words we will have for the week will be all, soon, now, was. Please review all sight words with your child. We are focusing our attention on the story The Mitten. We will be focusing on characters, setting and sequence of events.
In Math we will continue with chapter 13 Analyze, Compare and Create Shapes. After we are done with Shapes and 3d Shapes we will start with Addition!!In Science we will continue with Properties - Solids, Liquids and Gases. We start to learn about penguins and polar animals and the habitat that they live in. In Social Studies we will continue with how to be a good citizen.
In Religion we will continue learning more about the Holy Family. We will continue learning more about Jesus, Mary and Joseph and how special they are.
